Dispatch time

Items are posted within one working day by first class mail, and with a certificate of posting.

Dispatching abroad

Items sold on this website are not sent abroad. If you're outside the UK and would like to buy something from the shop, please contact me and I'll work out how much it would cost to send items to where you live. Do not order something from abroad - your order will simply be canceled.

Wrong address?

If you've just bought an item using an incorrect address, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know the correct address.

Refunds

Should an item you've bought arrive in a poor condition, just return it to me within ten working days and I'll send you a replacement item.

Lost items

I have to wait 15 working days before I can claim compensation from Royal Mail for items that have gone missing. I don't think it's reasonable to let buyers wait that long before resending an item, and I'll try to replace the items as soon as is reasonably possible.

Feedback

You won't find any fake testimonials on this website. Instead, you can check what feedback I've been given on eBay.

If I've done something wrong, contact me and I'll try to put things right. Alternatively, you got buyer protection via Paypal.

Causes

Stop Junk Mail donates 10% of the sale of stickers, signs, and return to sender labels to a good cause. In the first quarter of 2012 I'm raising money for ICCF Holland. Please let me know if you object to making an indirect donation to a particular cause (in which case the money will stay in Stop Junk Mail's kitty).

Using Paypal

At the moment I'm using a Paypal checkout for the sticker shop. The main advantage of Paypal is that you can buy items using either a Paypal account of a debit or credit card, without having to register with this website first.

Cheque payments

If you don't want to pay online you're more than welcome to send a cheque instead. Cheques should be made payable to 'Stop Junk Mail' and can be posted to:

Please clearly describe the item you wish to buy - you may want to use the following tables with item names and codes. If you're buying more than one item you should pay postage only once. For instance, if you're buying two 'No Junk Mail' signs the charge for postage would be £1 (and not 2 x £1 = £2).
