These 'No/Yes' stickers are the predecessor of the 'No Commercial Leaflets / Yes Free Newspapers' stickers. They're in a perfectly good condition; the reason for the discount is that the 'No/Yes' and 'No/No' stickers have been redesigned.
In case you're wondering, the 'No/No' variant is no longer available. If you want a sticker that reads 'No Commercial Leaflets' and 'No Free Newspapers' you can get one of the new 'No/No' stickers here.
