Guide to stamping out junk mail

Step 1 - Opt out of Royal Mail's 'door-to-door' service

You can use the form below to:

Ask Royal Mail for a 'door-to-door opt-out confirmation form'; and/or
Ask the Direct Marketing Association for a 'Your Choice' information pack and opt-out form.

After submitting the form a standard e-mail with your name and address will be send to Royal Mail and/or the Direct Marketing Association. A copy of this e-mail will be send to your e-mail address.

Mini survey We would like to send you a follow up e-mail in three months time to ask whether or not opting out has been successful. The reason for this is that we receive a large number of complaints about in particular Royal Mail's 'door-to-door opt-out'. The best way we can try to improve the opt-out is by collecting information from people who use the opt-out.
