How to get rid of junk mail
You can stop the bulk of junk mail by registering with the main junk mail opt-out schemes and getting a letterbox sticker:
To make opting out a bit less time-consuming we have created Junk Buster; a smart opt out machine that allows you to contact all three schemes in one. What's more, at the same time you can opt out of receiving the Yellow Pages, Thomson Local and/or BT Phone Book. In less than a minute's time you'll be on your way to reducing junk mail by some 60 per cent. And yes, it's free!
Letterbox stickers
There is no opt-out scheme for leaflets delivered by local businesses. If you want to stop take-away menus, taxi cards, supermarket leaflets and other unaddressed junk you should get a No Junk Mail sign. The stickers we sell on this website also give you the option to say 'yes' or 'no' to free newspapers.
